The F-LITE's upper is made from a single piece of engineered air mesh that allows your feet to move freely and breathe during your workout. Reinforced overlays at the toe prevent stubs on weights and other hazards, while a MET-CRADLE overlay forms a protective glove around the midfoot to help support and stabilise you during lifting exercises. In addition ROPETEC technology in the arch of the shoe gives you protection during rope climbs.
